Rakion Problems. High MS connection.

Any dude's here play Rakion, just wanna ask why is my computer showwing a 999ms lattency to the rakion game server. This only happens to the rakion server only. Hw to reduce the lattency? Is there any software that can reduce the lattency on my internet connection?

Rakion Problems.

 

Every time I start up rakion, it goes well at first then whenever I enter a game I see weird colors and weird korean writing on the walls of the map.

Can anyone explain what is happening to me? or maybe my question is not clear enough.
