soleimanian 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2005 How to disable Recent Docs History in Windows (XP,ME,2000,98) 1- click Start > Run > and type “regedit” 2- find and go to HEKY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer 3- in right panel create a new Binary Value and name it “NoRecentDocsHistory” 4- give it value of 00 00 00 01 5- close registry editor and restart your computer NOTE: Incorrectly editing the registry may damage your windows before making changes to the registry, make a backup copy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
