lecius 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2005 Try to reinstall your conncetion software and if that does not help contact your cable company that is doing your internet. I hear that a lot of companies are having problem's right now and if they are for you. You can get free cable for about a month I hear. I had a problem like that and got 5 months free because it screwed up for like 2 weeks.
yordan 10 Report post Posted November 15, 2005 Do you have dual-boot on your system ? Can you boot again under Microsoft Windows and verify that you have access to Internet using the Ethernet cable ? Then, this would mean that the problem is not due to your Internet Provider nor to the router, but simply to your Linux eth0 configuration. Then, the solution is enter again in the Linux ether adapter configuration.
