How Is 3g Tech Faring Worldwide ?

How is the 3G technology doing in Europe, India, America and Asia?Please gimme your remarks cos I really wanna know the conditions there.Here in Malaysia, its going quite fast as the telecommunication companies in Malaysia are looking towards the use of 3G in most areas in Malaysia.

3g doesnt seem to really have happened here in the uk as far as i can tell. ive never met anyone with a 3g phone. but are blackberries 3g becasue alot of bisness people have them here.they have tried to sell 3g as amazing with watching football highlights on your phone and downloading games and music. but its expencive and i dont think anyone here really cares for it.

Organ, you mus be living in a secluded place.3G has hit the UK very heavily, especially with the company 3 coming into action. However, where I live within the UK is very mucked-up on the transmissions scale. I live between several major cities, that have very power transmitters, they cross directly over Wakefield, which gives a slighlty limited service. Many people that I know who have tried the service prefer and have gone back to 2.5G

In Japan, roughly 19 million out of 90 million total subscribers were on 3G or W-CDMA technology as of end of November 2005.

In Vietnam, 3G is being tested in some area and it's not ready for most people. We hopy that tech will be widely avaiable soon. We've heard lots about the tech, but never had chance to try it yet.
