Hot chilli peppers, that's the solution, at least that's what Andrew Davies claims. He gave twenty-five test persons thirty gr. of hot peppers to eat every day and he observed them while they were sleeping. The result: they slept much better so they woke up two hours earlier then they did in their "pepperless" weeks.
