Cpanel Loses Page Frequently Loses Connection

a couple of days ago when I was putting stuff up on my web space, the cpanel page kept saying "page can not be found" It would be up for a few minutes, then go down for a few minutes. It kept doing this. Im not sure what was wrong.

Its limited on what ammount of connection can reach it, so if there was a lot of traffic trying to get to the asta server, it would do this.If you try again later, it should be fine.

It sounds more like a connection issue,, are you on dial up?
