My Account Suspended Whoom To Contact?

Hello Mods and Admins please guide me That in case of suspension whoom to contact, I guess i have enough credits to run .. maybe now its around 6 and never dropped under 3 .. And nor i have broken any Tos.! The banner on site shows , Account Suspended please Contact Sales And billing Department :P ! I had sent Mail to Sales@Xisto.com but still No response :P So please let me know whoom to contact :P Thanks all !

Are you sure they're were never under 3? Anyway if it's now 6 it should be unsuspended in a while. It always take some time to unsuspended, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes a hour of maybe 2. Just wait and everything should be normal pretty quick if your credits are above 4.-=jeroen=-

Your credits must have surely dipped below the required margin. I ran the credits cycle again and it told me your account was functioning. So once you had 9 credits - it must have come back up automatically after an hours time. The credits checking cycle runs every hour - so you have to give it that much time...
