Help: Have 11.35 Credits But Can't Create Account

i have 11.35 credits but when i g to Create a Hosting Account , i enter my username my password , it isn't work. it write invalid password /username , that all ,and i can't create my hostin account !!! pleas help meeeeeee ! Edited July 2, 2005 by microscopic^earthling (see edit history)
