MP3 ERRORMp3 Questions

Replying to karlo My accurian mp3 player says ERROR connect to pc and format the device AS FAT.WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AND WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? MY MP3 PLAYER JUST SHOWS THIS WHEN I TURN IT ON, THEN IT TURNS OFF AFTER IT READS THAT MESSAGE
