Do you have Microsoft Office?

What office version? 95, 97, 2000, XP, 2003?

Now, open Microsoft Word and type this command =rand(100,99) and then press Enter.

What do you see?? What is that!!??

If I recall this correctly, this was a method used to fill up a number of cells quickly with a sentence "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog".That's just going by memory, it might not be the correct method, however MS included a lot of easter eggs in their programs, which they later rid themselves off, because government agencies didn't like the idea of having small programs that they knew nothing about, just imagine what other hidden things MS include in their programs.Haven't used MS Office in ages and doubt I'll ever return back to it.Cheers,MC

That easter egg also serves a specific purpose. There is a way to have that sentence displayed in all the fonts on your computer. This sentence is the test sentence for fonts because it contains all of the letters in the alphabet. This easter egg is a quick way in excel where every cell holds a different font (I believe that's another easter egg, but I don't know which) to compare every font on your computer, unless you have too many fonts, in which case it is almost every font.~Viz
