Problem With Viewing My Website. Please help me figure out what is wrong.

I am having a problem with viewing my website. Sometimes during the day I can see it, but other times I can't. I asked a friend that lives up the street from me if he can see it, he said it wouldn't let him either. We have the exact same internet provider (Charter Broadband) & we are having the exact same problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this? If you can help me please reply.

this is probably the website is down.. u cant fix it .. u might just pray that Xisto will fix it ..

ISP sometimes would filter some site from different countries & different laws.wish your won't.
