I figure it looks pretty good, but certainly not my best stuff, seein' as it's my first stuff since like December at least. Or in this area of graphics at least. First time trying out CS2 more in depth too. The second - with the undeline red... swirly thinggies - well... I'm not sure, it just looks a little too placed, and it's a little large for the area or the font. It takes away the focus from the title and the car, seeing how its a bright red pattern placed very close to the center of the image. Draws too much unnecessary attention.The third, however, adds that missing element. the red swirly-things emphasise the car and the font, as it's alot more subtle and blended. SadElated 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2005 I like the first because it's not to flashy and the font is really second only to the ferrari. However, it seems like it needs something else, I was thinking a boarder would really help emphasize it more. The second has the red crisscross/swirly thing which really is distracting and takes away from the center of attention, which should be the font and the ferrari. It looks slightly messy and I agree with the others that it really doesn't work. The third however has the red swirly thing broken up, and again it is kind of distracting. It's not that I don't like the third, it's just that I think the first is better because it seems less messy and crowded. If you perhaps made a boarder with the same thickness of the red-swirly/criss cross thing and the same color it'd probably look really amazing. I enjoy them all a lot though, and I really love the font of "YourName" great job, and the background really works well with the entire piece! Great work!
