kpa 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2005 Microsoft Image Composer is a graphics program. I'm pretty sure that Microsoft didn't release it to the public. When I downloaded and used it, it was in beta stage and was free to download. It isn't as powerful and up-to-date as software like Adobe Photoshop but it could definitely come in handy once and a while because it has some filters that you don't ordinarily find on other graphics programs.Thanks.
