Drop Down Menu Help

ok i have a bunch of buttons, and I want it so when the mouse goes over it a drop down menu appears, so I have no idea how to code like that, all the buttons including the drop down part are in .gif format soo tell me if this is possible, thank you

That is untrue... google has alot of left out websites, or too many web sites to be able to search through all of them just to find one that you like. there are alot of fake and alot of bad dhtml, and javascript menus out there... and going to the people is usually allways the best and first thing that you can go to.

It would help if you were just a little more specific but you would have to code using either DHTML or HTML form with selections(that is what the drop down boxes are is selections).

 

I see that others have pretty much offered the same information but it would require javascript for sure to fire lets say a hidden form that only shows when you mouse over the image, and you would have to make sure that it is cross browser and from looking at the links provided you should get some really great free scripts there to do what you want.

I would look on JavaScriptKit.com, Dynamicdrive.com or Any other Javascript/DHTML maybe even some Xtml (But i dont like Xtml all too much) look for ANFY java Scrpits, they have AWSOME menus and they arn't all Drop downs but they look Awsome.
