millertime 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2005 i suggest downloading the microsoft spyware remover, spybot, and ad-aware and use all of them to search your computer for spyware. they each find some different things so using them all together does wonders
adriantc 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2005 I wonder what browser are you using because if you have Internet Explorer it is no wonder you have you computer full of spyware and other suff. Download Ad-adware with the last definitions and after you clean your computer try switching to another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera...Internet Explorer sucks
Blix 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2005 Hi, don?t use the Microsoft Antispy software. It sucks. Try Spybot - Search & Destroy. You can download it for free at http://www.tucows.com/. Really god soft and it?s free. Btw Tucows is a grae resource for allmost everithing you need. lots of free- and shareware there

But if you ask me GET SERVICE PACK 2 Its cool to stop cokies and popups, but the rest of it is not that good. If you get Spyware Search and Destroy. Just Select you C: and scan your Coumputer. Same with any other software you are using. If you have WINDOWS XP, I had the same problem. 1. Go to Control Panel 2. Add Remove Programs 3. Find the progrm and remove it

kingspade21 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2005 The best spyware remover i have used is Webroot Spysweeper. I have tried many of the others out there but they always make you pay after it searches your computer. Here is a link Webroot Spy Sweeper. Also it takes a little bit longer than Spybot - Search & Destroy does, but it also found a lot more suspicious entries. Hope this helps.
whyme 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2005 I highly recommend using ad-aware lavasoft, it's free and hassle free. and don't even try using microsoft anti spy, it lags down your enitire system, and deletes EVERYTHING, even the files that are safe

donnyouyang 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2005 Adaware really helps and adwatch helps also, even though it keeps on blocking EVERYTHING that happens on my computer. Does anyone know how to change the settings on adwatch?
