Mysql Connection Error With Vbulletin Too many connections error

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/darkool/public_html/admin/db_mysql.php on line 40 There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.We apologise for any inconvenience.When i try to access my website this error is displayedi'm using vbulletin in there, database can't have to much useres coz i only have two memberes registered, and also my mates can access and i can neather see the forum or other directory from my domainplease help me

That can happen if the Xisto MySQL is being used heavily, it generally doesnt but if someone runs a rogue script or tests something non-too-friendly it can have those affects, it should clear up pretty fast.
