Running XP Pro with no problems until today. Attempted to set up another account. When I did so, It somehow became the Admin. user. I deleted that account and now my desktop comes up as If I just installed XP. Outlook Express can't be found, I get 2 to 4 syntex errors for every page I go to, HJT is attached, but will not delete and selected options. System Restore was turned off. Can I get my system back to where it was???? HJT shows WMP but if I click on a movie, the option to download it comes up...?

Well..IT sounds like you deleted your original account and now you are using the account you made. All acounts are made admin by default....I think anyways...You've also got a lot of adaware startup programs.....Why so many.Hmmm....I can't really c the problem...Don't use some abbreviations lol...I'm not familiar with them.

yeah spacewaste is right accouts are always added as admin, this can be changed from the main account by going to the control panel then user accounts ( if it opens in the current account press home) then select the account and click account type theres 2 administrator and limited (best to have minimal administrators.
