weiser_than_u 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 1) Open a new document (any size) and reset your colors by pressing D then X 2) Go to FILTER>RENDER>DIFFERENCE CLOUDS 3) Go to FILTER>BLUR>RADIAL BLUR with these settings Amount:100 Blur Mehod: Zoom Quality: Best 4) Go to FILTER>ARTISTIC>PLASTIC WRAP with these settings Highlight Strength: 15 Detail: 9 Smoothness: 7 5) Do another FILTER>BLUR>RADIAL BLUR with the same settings as before 6) Go to FILTER>STYLIZE>GLOWING EDGES with these settings Edge Width: 2 Edge Brightness: 20 Smoothness: 1 7) Press Ctrl+U to change the color (note: colorize box must be checked) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What version are you using? Arkane 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2007 (edited) Well I tried out this tutorial as I'm sitting in school bored out of my mind and I have to say I really like the outcome, definatly for being able to do it in Elements (the only photoshop this horrible computer has) I messed with the tutorial a bit, did it twice colorizing them red and blue then doing one with a plaster effect and mirroring it, well this is what it came out to Edited March 27, 2007 by Arkane (see edit history) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
