If it is your page on Xisto, I'm sure you noticed what it says when you try from cPanel - cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. With a ftp client like FileZilla, if your site is only made of html or php files, simply backup the main folder of your site.However, if your website uses a database, you must also perform a database backup of your database data, and download this backup to your local PC.
