Hi all,AM on a new project and they are opting for firebird as backend database. But i know MySql but i don't know much about firebird database. Can any one tell me about Firebird database. What are the differences between Firebird and MySql database. How the Sql statements are different from each other. What type of JDBC Driver available for Firebird. Can i switch my present application which running on MySql to Firebird, if yes what all instrutions do i need to fallow.Please help to get out of this problem. If any materail take a while to send me.If any thick client is there to administrate Firebird?.E- Books are also Welcome.Please am in urgent need.Thanks in Advance.Arunkumar.H.G
