There are many ways to do an RPG battle system. I am guessing that those who want to make an RPG battle system want to get the heroes to move to the enemy for an attack (enemy lose HP), then return back to their position. The only problem is that there are very few Actionscript tutorials dealing with RPG battles.

If your eager to make an RPG battle system, then go simple.
