iGuest 3 Report post Posted December 7, 2004 AS you know now rmdort we have resolved your issue. For anyother members out there who are having the same annoyances you can do the following: PM me with your current sub domain and the domain you would like your account to be named under. Then i will rename your account and everything will be located under this domain.Or do the same by posting a request for a account name change in the Hosting request forum. Please keep in mind we are not as willing to make these changes as members should have made up their mind which domain they would like when requesting hosting. This means your default hosting account domain change will be at the bottom of our priority list. We also suggest you backup your site using your cpanel first before requesting a name change as renaming of an account often doesnt work and we need to recreate your account with the new default name. Actually i request you must backup before requesting your default domain change
