Gokul, use WordPress. It's under Add-ons. It's very easy to use and takes a few seconds to install.

well i still did not get my space to do simply do that ..

I wanted to be sure that I can use a blog in this webspace provided...

now i am sure i ca do that .. so i will go and apply for the free space .. :)

but another question again from me ..

suppose that i have some script for bloggin, can i add it up in the webspace provided ..

will it function perfectly .??

I am asking this because in my other webspace , those scripts do not work .. it is a patial PHP that i am given ..

What is a blog? I cannot answer this question directly but I can give you my blog address -----> http://edong.blogdrive.com/ - most entries are in Tagalog though but others are in English so you may understand some of it. Maybe it can give you one of the meaning of the so-called blogs. :)

See, that is where I differ from people. I actually think that a true "blog" is only a person's online journal, because it roots itself from the term "weblog", meaning it is an online account of the person's life. Now, companies have "blogs", as do TV shows and radio stations, and large nonprofit organizations. It's not a blog when that happens. It's a "brag". I still like them, it's just not quite the same. Whether you have a blog or a brag, have fun, and be sure to invite me.

BLOG is an online notebook.It can be shared among everyone who has access to the internet.Having a Blog can be just for fun or even to earn money.To have fun, just write whatever you thing u wanna share with the world.To earn money, you have to be serious of what u post in your blog. You have to setup a general topic and always update it. The topic must be interesting so that everyone wants to visit your blog and read it. Then get a domain for your blog. Now start to get affiliate programs banner/advertisements or adsense to earn cash.
