At a Mother's Day Parade in New Orleans, "Gunmen" opened fire on dozens of people participating in a very innocent parade. More than 19 people were wounded, so far no deaths have been reported and a reward of $ 10,000 has been reserved for any one who can produce substantial leads on the case. "Not an act of terrorism" is the verdict passed, this is based on the fact that New Orleans has a tremendously high crime rate as compared to other states in the U.S. Source: Various News websites.
