Barely has any time passed since the violent bomb blast at Boston that we face yet another act of violence. At a Mother's Day Parade in New Orleans, "Gunmen" opened fire on dozens of people participating in a very innocent parade. More than 19 people were wounded, so far no deaths have been reported and a reward of $ 10,000 has been reserved for any one who can produce substantial leads on the case.
