comp2 1 Report post Posted April 29, 2013 Has any users thought about using a different DNS provider other than their ISP's.I personally use Google DNS but I was happy with the service I was getting as well with OpenDNS.Com. OpenDNS allowed for more control like parental controls. But I do not have kids so this feature really wasnt for me. The DNS via my internet provider was horrible, would contantly tell me site were not available that I knew were. Anyone else made the change. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Saint_Michael 3 Report post Posted June 10, 2013 Thought about it, tried OpenDNS for a day, wasn't too keen on it especially since I got a lot of stuff connected to my wireless network so it wasn't something I wanted to spend my day on trying to set it up.
