Wherever we go, the doctors say some or the other reasons to have a C-section. It is all because we show lack of confidence in having baby naturally due to pain and lack of fitness and sometimes, even parents of the girl ask doctors to go for a C-section. If we withstand the pain, it’s just for some time, maybe for few hours, but when we opt for C-section, it takes quite lot time to get healed up. So the first thing we should have is will power to have a normal delivery and for that to happen, we should keep ourselves fit as far as possible before the date of delivery. There are some natural exercises which will definitely help us having a normal delivery, like light walking, doing our routine household chores, and finally comes one simple exercise called “Ashwini Mudra”. We can start practicing this exercise after fourth month of pregnancy. From my personal experience, I had an easy delivery, though it was a first time and I have also suggested this to some of my friends who also had normal deliveries after practicing this. Well let me say what exactly “Ashwini Mudra” is, it is actually a rhythmic contraction of anal sphincter, you can practice this in any positions, either lying down or when simply sitting. For more details you can approach any yoga gurus near your vicinity. And you are supposed to do only maximum of 10 times like that, as doing more than that may generate a lot of heat in your body. This actually helps pelvic areas to get proper blood supply (or otherwise pranic energy). It is also very simple to follow. So I hope that some of you to be really benefited by following this.
