Does Free Hosting Currently Use Credits Or Posts?

On the main page of the forum, it says credits, but in the topic "This About Says It All," on the request hosting board it says that the packages are measured by posts. I'm pretty sure that it's credits, because of the topics asking about them on this board, but I'd like to be sure.Thanks in advance for any answer.

Good question. I think it is both credits AND posts. Because hosting will take away credits, and the posts are there so that the administrators and moderators can see if the user has posted. One large tutorial can not register for hosting, but 15 medium posts can.Note: I am not sure. The administrator has to make the final decision.
