Image Upoload From File Manager

Hi,I have uploaded image in a subdomain, from C panel file manager>home directory>Public_html>CGI-bin>upload image>Browse> click on image file to upload from PC>click on the file to upoad on the right side directory, but the effect didn't take place, can anyone help??S BHat
