sheepdog 10 Report post Posted November 16, 2010 If the record is expunged, doesn't that mean it's gone, wiped clean? In which case you could do whatever you wanted to do anyway. Besides, as far as I know the only thing you can't do with a record is own a fire arm or in some cases, vote. So getting an education shouldn't be a problem.
