thats the one i think i want.... i need one under 50 bucks, particually with a remote... i also like it bc its cheap, rated good... and it has am/fm

 

does it come with software to use it, if not what do i do?

 

edit: is this one better but pci 2.2 whats that???

is pci differnt than 2.2 bc i just have standerd pci slots in my case....

Is there any particular reason why you'd need a TV tuner card? I mean, watching TV on your computer seems kinda pointless to me, anyway. The only good reason for it is if you had the means to record TV shows or movies onto your harddrive, kinda like TiVo, and burn them onto DVDs. But that's too much of a hassle, and almost not worth it. The monitor wouldn't look much better than a TV screen, anyway. In some cases it looks worse. Digital cable looks bad enough on a TV screen as it is (my parents have a 38" TV, and you can SEE the pixels in the image), so imagine how pixellated it will look on a monitor. Ugh.
