CPU tower compatibilitySata Hard Drive Not Recognized By Windows

guys I have a problem with my SATA hdd, I reformatted SATA hdd to another cpu tower that has parallel hdd plug into it. I replace the parallel hdd with SATA hdd and reformatted it with windows 7. It has been successfully installed. The problem is when I plug the SATA hdd back to it's original cpu tower it always give me only the start up page and won't go through welcome page. What should I do...Is there a way to to make the newly reformatted SATA hdd work back to it's original cpu tower?
