Cpanel Suspended [resolved] cpanel suspended

My cpanel suspended by Xisto - Web Hosting.com I can't login using my usual password.This problems starting because of my website on high load and Xisto - Web Hosting send me email saying that I have to upgrade my host.I don't have time to handle anything at that time so i postpone it. And now I'm ready to move my host but my account suspended and I can't even login to cpanel to backup my website.Already submit a support ticket but no response yet.

Forgot to update this...
My problem has been solved. Thanks to Xisto - Web Hosting support. The support need some times to respond but they're helpful.
