Google Search Engine Optimization Utilizing META tags

Not sure if anyone knows about this or not, but there's actually a really cheap, easy way to advertise, and it kinda works with the banner exchange idea. It has to do with META tags in the header section of your html. Here's an example from one of my sites:

<META name="description" content="Christy is a Tampa Strip Club Dancer"><META NAME="keywords" content="Tampa, Strip Club, Strip Club, Dancer, Tampa Strip Club Dancer"><META NAME="TITLE" CONTENT="Tampa Dancer"><META NAME="OWNER" CONTENT="webmaster@ChristyDancer.com"><META NAME="AUTHOR" CONTENT="ChristyDancer.com"><META HTTP-EQUIV="EXPIRES" CONTENT="Mon, 25 Dec 2009 00:00:01 EST">

Basically what this does is that, according to what your site is about, will enable it to be spidered by the search engines, such as Google, much quicker. And, depending on the keywords you use, it may also enable you to move upward on the search list, since placement on many of the search engines is based on click ratio. Just something I thought you guys might find interesting.

Sorry to tell this to you, but Google does not anymore depend on meta tags to index your pages. It only scans the content of the pages. And this is being followed for a long time!Certainly, it is no harm to have a meta tag too, but don't have high expectations. Nothing can beat good content.

Oh, I already have good content; I was just trying to explain a way to help maximize the potential for your site to be "spotted", not only by Google, but by Alexa ratings as well as other search bots.
