Blogger Subdomain Publishing

Setting up a blog and i want to run it through an IFRAME to get it to display on my site rather than the blogger site. That's easy. However if someone finds my site through blogger i want them to be redirected to my site to view the blog. This too should be easy, however apparently i need to add a CNAME record to the DNS records through xisto or my Cpanel...How do i do this?

If you go this route, we'll automatically configure all of your relevant DNS settings and attach your new domain to your existing blog immediately.Update the DNS Settings

DNS stands for Domain Name System, and a DNS server determines what site a given address takes you to. So far, you have a domain name but none of the servers on the internet know what to do with it yet. To take care of this, you need to do two things:

* Create a CNAME record for your blog's address, which should be a subdomain of the form http://www.example.com/.'>http://www.example.com/.

To create a CNAME record for your domain with the DNS, associating your domain with ghs.google.com. The exact procedure for doing this varies depending on your domain registrar, but you can find instructions for many common registrars here. If yours isn't listed, or if you run into other difficulties, you can contact your registrar directly and they'll be able to help you out.

* Create 'A' NAME records for your naked domain (blog.com)

Creating A records for your naked domain is important as it allows Google to redirect people who use in your naked domain name (blog.com) to your blog page (http://www.example.com/). If you do not do this, visitors who leave off the www will see an error page.

There are four separate A records you will create, and can be done from the same control panel you accessed your CNAME records. Simply point your naked domain (example.com, without the 'www') to each of the following IP addresses:

216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21

but i cant find any way of editing the DNS records. Can anyone help?

I can get it to redirect to my website, however that then sets up a loop because my blog redirects to my website's blog page, which then tries to find my blog and when it does it gets auto redirected back to blogger which then redirects back to my site and so on... it just doesnt work... so im hoping there is a way to solve this?

I cant use a link on the blog because that would just look dumb on my website.

you are referring to use the domain name in Xisto to be link into your blogger blog? I am also having so much problem with this
because there is no way you can change the nameservers or even theres no CNAME settings for the Xisto domain name as I saw? it always say that I dont have the permission to change the DNS records.. maybe I can only use it using the xisto hosting
package. and the cname of the google is ghz.google.com right? maybe we must ask an admin about this

Anyone? Even the ability to edit the CNAME records would be a good start? Is that possible?
