What is this error in URLLinking A Url To A Button

I've create a button that it works when I open my swf file with Adobe Flash CS3/4 . But it doesn't work when I open my project (swf) with flash player.

this window appeares:

is trying communicate whit this Internet-enabled location:

 https://www.salesforce.com/products/platform/overview/

to let this application communicate with the internet click setting

you must reset the application after  changing your setting.
