Lazzana Eggrolls

Yes I know it Sound wierd but give it a try.1 lb sausage cooked1pk mid size egg-roll wraps8 cups mozzarella cheese1 cup mix Romano and Parmesan cheese2 Tlb oregano1 jar Alfredo sauce 1 eggfrying oilPut your fryer on 375 or heat oil in pan at med-low till hot.1.Cook up sausage and drain it well let cool down completely.2. Mix Egg and mozzarella cheese, then add Romano and Parmesan cheese,oregano and the meat. Mix well.3. Pour Alfredo sauce, mix well 4. Place egg roll skin with one point toward you. Spoon 1/4 cup filling diagonally across and just below center of skin. Fold bottom point of skin over filling; tuck point under filling. Fold side corners over, forming an envelope shape. Roll up. Dab small amount of water with finger at ends to seal.5. Fry egg rolls, a few at a time, in deep hot oil (365 degrees) for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.6. Drain on paper towels.Then enjoy.
