Guide To: Thinking Negative/suicide A basic guide to help

Recommended Posts

I believe that thinking Negative can cause some consequences to your mind and you.

This is a BASIC mini-guide on thinking negative, and thoughts of suicide.

Instead of thinking negative, look for the positive things that are in a situation. You have to ask yourself this:

1. What good is coming out from being negative?

2. What do you remember?

3. What are your alternatives?

Now after you have thought of these above questions, think of your alternatives. Theres always a second or third way of solving a problem. Don't just stick to one thing.

For thoughs of suicide:

1. Talk to your friends, have your friends come over.

2. Seek a doctor or professional and talk to them about your feelings, and thoughts.

3. Be open about your feelings. There are people that care about and love you.

4. You're probably not the only person in the whole world who thinks about suicide.

5. What good will come from suiciding? Will it solve any problem?

6. Do you care about the people that love you? How will they feel?

Thoughs of suicide because of a lost of a family member, friend, wife/husband, etc.

1. Would they want you to suicide? Or would they want you to live a happy life?

2. What are their wishes? Im sure having you suicide is not on their list.

Thoughts of suicide because of a lost/broken relationship:

1. Have you tried to get back with them?

2. What caused this to happen?

- If it was your fault:

+ What can you do to deeply express your feelings and apologize?

+ If you can't get back together at least you know that the person you were with truly forgives you and cares about you.

Let me know if this helps or worsens your thoughts.

If it worsens: Im truly sorry.

Think that might help a few people, though I've never thought of suicide and I hope I never will

hehe.. Let's hope it stays that way. I don't think that many people on T17 have had this issue themselves, but maybe they have encountered this with a friend or other family member, someone at school, college, etc. It's just basic info they could pass on.
