I need to find developers for online educational games.

The type of games to be develop are similar to those at

- http://pbskids.org/games/
- http://www.nickjr.co.uk/games/

I believe most of these games are created with Flash.
However, development in Flash is not a requirement.

Do you know where to find good developers for these kinds of games?
Can you develop online games like those above?
