Hi .If you have router you need only to: Start>run>cmd>ipconfig.This is all !!

How can I link one Windows 7 computer and one Vista?How To Connect Two Computers With One Network Without Using Hub

How can I connect 2PCs, one running Vista and one Windows 7 which seems to disallow anything except using 2 Windows 7 computers? I don't want to spend $200 for another Windows update for computer 2.
