No Images Are Showing. (chmod 775)

I don't know if it's me my cPanel or my hosting or Xisto servers, but everytime I install phpWebSite from my Fantastico finish installation and view...guess what..? No images! I set CHMOD to 777, 755 and 775 but still nothing shows, nothing allows me to view the images...WHY?

im on wireless. internet works but some webpages arent displayed correctly..No Images Are Showing. (chmod 775)

I'm connected to the internet by wireless but some webpages arent displaying correctly. The pictures arent displaying as well. Can anyone help me?

when I connect my laptop directly to the internet(without wireless) everythings fine.
