Kicked From Gmail And Apps Confirming records

I recently got kicked from Google Apps and GMail because they said that they couldn't confirm my records on my domain. I have the personal info mask on it using the Xisto option. Would I have to get this removed?

Google APPS requires domain verification which you do by setting up a CNAME record or uploading a file in your public_html folder.

They never told me to upload a file, but I will try to register again.
Ok I started registering again, but I get this message

This domain has been registered and is in the process of ownership verification. If you believe this registration was unauthorized, please have your domain administrator contact Google support.

It says that I have to change something in my admin panel, but when I go to my site on google apps, it gives me a 404, that it doesn't exist? Do I have to contact Google to prove that I own the domain?
