Here, in Belgium, we call it slowband.. I have no idea if this expression is used by other countries/area's nor it is a correct term.... EDIT: maybe my mistake: smallband is also used With my question about the average serverspeed, i meant the amount of kB/second it usually can transfer.. (the download speed ).
