iGuest 3 Report post Posted March 29, 2010 Its really funny.. Private servers infact are not illegal.. When you purchase a game you are BUYING the game.. They charge the monthly fee for Server Time.When someone donates to a server.. They are donating for server upkeep. Not paying the people to play. Meaning no profit is being made. So stop saying it's all illegal.. Because currently there is NO CLAUSE in that EULA that states you cant emulate there game. : Nexon/Maplestory is different.
