[help]create P Server

Hello There,

First of all I would like to explain fews I'm not a programmer and nothing. Just wanted to find people who can help me code private server games, as like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ , zh_tw/event/20110315/index.html ( dark story online) , Warcraft III - Frozen Throne Server(Could be exclude). As the member of my cyber cafe has asked me to create a private server of those game, unfortunately I'd have no experiences in any of these so I need help from other who is an expert can help me out and I need the sources and guide and other who can help me code I willing to pay for as only if it is complete.
