bhavesh 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2007 I was using a Xisto sub domain but have bought a .co.in domain. And parked it here in cpanel. And am able to use that domain too.But the sub-domain of Xisto is still there. I want to replace that with my .co.in domain. For that I was using change subdomain/domain option from https://support.xisto.com/ but it is not working eventhough I have more than 15 credits. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
BuffaloHelp 24 Report post Posted December 16, 2007 You MUST unpark the domain name before trying to use it to change your domain name. Use your cpanel to unpark then use the Manage page to change your sub-domain to your domain name. As always, practice safe networking by backing up your files.
