Help With The Changing Cpan Name Ive done it but it still wont work

OK, I went into user settings and changed the username to campaine I know my username is campainer but it says eight letters only so I can put my whole username in.Is this the problem? If so what can I do?LaterzMatty

your cpanel name also contains 8 letters,so just fill in your cpanel name... that wont be a problem or will it?

Sorry I meant to say can't fit it all in because campainer is 9 letters so I left the last letter off to make it eight.So currently the CPan Feild looks like this:Cpanel Username : campaineBut it won't work
