Login Failed On New Account [resolved]

I just got my new paid hosting account setup and tried to login but it failed on the very first attempt. I've emailed support but with no response yet. I don't understand how I can get a confirmation email that says my account has been established but I cannot login.

There are two login information. One is for account purchase login (via Xisto - Web Hosting) and the other is for your cpanel. Your cpanel login information is emailed once your account is successfully established.Which login are you referring to, Xisto - Web Hosting login or cpanel login?
