The biggest and easiest (for non-SEOers) thing to do is make sure your content is logical and of good quality.

hmm... why do you need to pay for seo? can't you just put in a lot of meta tags?personally, i would not pay for seo. i dont even care that much where my website is on google (if it even is there). as long as my users know the website address, then it doens't matter to me.

I have probably bought almost every SEO ebook out there (I even wrote one myself). I have found that the quality varies hugely. Often, the pricing is low, you get the book, its not very good, but the effort involved in getting back your $10 or $20 isn't worth the effort.----------George

all of my sites have indexed automatically into search engines ... i have not submitted any of my sites into se's till now.can anyone suggest sitemap creator for big portal sites ? ... i have tried few paid ones too but was unable to make sitemap of many many pages website.
