abminara 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2007 I have a pretty visible lazy eye that "curves" my eyesight toward the outside, which is, actually, very useful in everyday life as I can see much more than any other person because of the spread of my eyes, but it really looks weir when I am talking to someone, and one of my eyes is looking somewhere to the side. Please, do not wish me to go and see the doctor, buy medications, etc. Is there any exercise (I am sure, there is, but I am not sure, what it is, or where to look for it) to stop development of laxy eye (It really increased (or moved, if you prefer) during the past 4-6 months.)?Thank you. Even a baby my parents used to be concerned about the fact that one of my eyes used to actually move far enough that when I looked around you couldn't see it anymore...She took me to doctor after doctor and all she was told was that I had a lazy eye and it would correct itself..The doctor told my mother and father that I had a rare disorder called Duane Syndrome... The definition of this syndrome is it is a congenital eye disorder of the eye movements...I don't have full peripheral vision but what exercises I do is that I found out that long-term suppression of the blurry eye causes vision to stop developing. have you seen an eye care specialist? The cause of both of them is the difficulty of the brain\visual system to control the eye muscles. Eyepatch in combination with some eye exercises might help you get rid of that problem.I am a student of natural vision improvement and I will recomand you some exercises, but I suggest you to see a doctor anyway. Proffessionals may help you more. Great exercises.There are some more exercises but they require serious checking and may be hamfull if you do them wrong.Remember, the exercises I've given you are safe anyway, but they are much more effective if you try your best not to strain your eyes.Good luck!Eli.
